How can I request a return?

If you have decided to return your order, don't worry: below you will find all the information you need to make a return quickly and easily!
You have the option to return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery via the request return page .
Which products can I return?
You can return all products within 30 days of purchase , but be sure to treat them with care! Items must still be in the same condition as when you received them, with the packaging intact and the labels still attached.
And the costs?
Great news: the return with replacement item (size, color or product) or with refund via gift card/promotional code is always free. While, for returns with refund the cost is €7.90. Valid for the Italian territory.
For purchases outside Italy, the return costs €20.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your return and carefully checked it, we will send you a confirmation email.
If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your payment method (the one used at the time of purchase) within 10 working days.
