How can I buy on Kometa?
Add the products you want to purchase to the cart and check the summary before proceeding by clicking on the icon at the top right. Then, select your preferred payment method, enter your shipping and billing information, and your order will be ready to ship.
How do I request a gift box?
If you need to give a gift, you can add the gift box of the size you prefer to your cart. The cost varies between €1 and €2 depending on the size.
How much does it cost and how long does it take to ship to Italy?
We ship orders to Italy within 24 working hours from the time of purchase. As soon as your package is delivered to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number to easily track your shipment. Our couriers usually take 24/48 hours to deliver orders (it may take 24 hours more for islands and remote areas). As regards costs, for orders over €70 shipping is free, for lower amounts €9.90 will be applied as the standard rate.
How much does it cost and how long does it take to ship to Europe?
Regarding deliveries to Europe, our couriers generally take 72 hours and the shipping cost is €18.
can i change the shipping address?
You can do this at any time directly from your account. Please note that changes to the shipping address can only be made before the package is picked up by the courier. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us or write to us via email at customercare@kometastore.it
Which couriers do you rely on?
To guarantee punctual and fast deliveries, we collaborate with the best national and international couriers, including BRT, TNT, UPS and FedEX. The choice of courier will depend on the speed of delivery and the best service available for your area.
Where can I find the code to track my order?
On the email you will receive as soon as your order has been shipped. We advise you to also check your spam folder and add customercare@kometastore.it to your address book or to the list of reliable addresses so as not to miss any of our communications.
How do I know if my order has been successful?
Once the payment details have been entered, you will be redirected to the purchase confirmation page, where you will find the order number and date. A thank you message will inform you that the purchase has been made successfully. Afterwards, you will receive a summary email with all the details.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash on delivery payments, i.e. in cash upon delivery, and all major credit cards. We also offer the option of paying via PayPal, so if you prefer to defer the payment, you can take advantage of the service offered by the platform which allows you to pay in 3 installments without interest.
